Black & Olive Green Bubble Sleeve Maxi Dress

Maxi dress with a white and olive green floral print on a black background.  This dress has short bubble puff sleeves, an elastic waist, and a  smocked backing to the bodice. The skirt is a maxi length with a ruffle at the bottom and side pockets.  This dress is lined and has no closures.
